This mural was titled “fever dream” It was a custom mural commission 5x8 feet for a small family near downtown Oakland. The concept was the process of finding oneself. Growing from pain to become a better person. We all have our journey some harder than others but we should all reflect inward and grow to become a better person.
All of Michio Kakus books are a fantastic read. Michio has a way with words and makes science easily digestible to any audience. If you have ever even been interested in science even a little bit all of his books are a great entry point its refreshing and easily understandable.

Stephen Hawking, one of the most influential physicists of the twentieth century and perhaps the most celebrated icon of contemporary science, has died at the age of 76.
The University of Cambridge confirmed that the physicist died in the early hours of 14 March at his home in Cambridge, England.
Since his early twenties, Hawking had lived with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), a disease in which motor neurons die, leaving the brain incapable of controlling muscles. Hawking’s health had been reportedly deteriorating; just over a year ago, he was hospitalized during a trip to Rome.
